
Spartanburg County Bar Sued for Over-Serving
A Spartanburg County bar has been sued, by the estate of the victim of a fatal wreck. Kortlynn Smith and Melissa Frilot were killed in December of 2016 by a driver that was heavily intoxicated, according to Highway Patrol. Hollis Brock was charged with two counts of felony DUI resulting in death, along with other crimes. Solicitor Barry Barnette said Brock crossed four lanes and hit the victims’ car head on.
